Fred is a Hong Kong street cat that was brought into the clinic by a kind client that found him wandering around with a large ruptured abscess on his forehead. This horrible messy hole eventually healed up leaving him with his trademark scar that pulls his eyebrows up and gives him that evil Chow Yun Fat look.

He is a very naughty cat and does whatever he likes and bullies the staff into overfeeding him, thus his embarrassingly large belly.
