JESSIE (Hospital Manager)
Jessie started working here in 1998 as a Veterinary Assistant. Jessie is the longest standing team member at the hospital. In the 90's Jessie studied a course in 'Animal Care' in Canada. This enhanced her interest and commitment to the animal care industry. Jessie is continuing her studies by completing the Certificate in Veterinary Nursing. Jessie has 3 dogs and 1 hand-raised starling which keeps her busy in her spare time.

MONIE (Human Resources Manager)
Monie spent ten years in the United States, during that time she earned not only her high school diploma but also her university degree. In addition to her qualifications she obtained valuable Human Resources and Administration experience in both Hong Kong and the U.S. before joining us in the hospital in January 2007. In the U.S. Monie also acquired not only her two most-loved domestic short hair cats (Be Be and May May) but also the headache of having to complete copious amounts of paperwork in order to bring them back to Hong Kong.

EMMA (Accounts Manager)
Emma graduated in accounting in 1995 and joined us in 2003. In addition to doing the clinic accounts work, Emma is invaluable in assisting us with the more technical aspects of our veterinary management software system. Emma has 3 naughty Dachsunds called Cash, Dumbo and Goose, which keep her busy during her spare time.

VICKI ELLIOT VN, Cert EAN (Veterinary Nursing Consultant)
Vicki is a British qualified Veterinary Nurse. She started nursing in 1994 and qualified in 1997. She moved to Hong Kong in 2002 and is now responsible for training the Veterinary Assistants, assists with the office management of the Hospital and of course nursing the animals. She has completed the certificate in Veterinary Nursing of Exotic Species. In addition to the her work at the clinic Vicki also works for the Animal Industries Resource Centre based in Brisbane Australia as a Practice Training Consultant running their veterinary nursing courses in Hong Kong. She has two cats that were brought into the clinic when they were just 1 week old and had to be bottle fed every 2 hours for a number of weeks.
