Don is one of our long standing members of staff she has been working for us since 2000. In her spare time Don looks after her two young children and her 4 rabbits.

Carrie previously worked at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) for over 6 years before joining us in 2007. Carrie is a very polite and patient individual; she loves the harmony working environment here and the unique rest day arrangement policy.

In January 2009, Brian returned to work in our retail store to help our clients select the right products for their pets. Brian initially joined our team in July 2007, as a vet assistant in the hospital. From Sept 2008 to June 2009, Brian worked for the Jockey Club to expand his knowledge of veterinary practice and animal welfare. Brian has kept different exotic pets including turtles, tortoises, snake lizards, hedgehogs and chinchillas. Brian has built up valuable knowledge on the different species.
