Jessie started working at the clinic in late 1998 as a veterinary assistant and is therefore the longest standing member of the veterinary team at the clinic. She joined up after studying in Canada where she completed a course in Animal Care. This enhanced Jessie’s interest, drive and commitment to animal care. Since then Jessie has also completed her AIRC certification and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2009. Jessie has a keen interest in dog behavior and training; she is currently taking an Australian course in Dog Behaviour to be able to help clients and dogs with training and behavioral problems. Jessie has 1 little dog rescued from the clinic; a Chihuahua called Fei Fei, 1 cat and 1 parrot. Most of Jessie’s spare time is used caring for her animals and ensuring they are happy, well cared for, and trying to train them!
