About Yumi

Yumi started working with us in 2012. Before working for us Yumi mainly worked in administrative and customer service positions in both Hong Kong and New York. Now she works in our Retail Shop to help our clients choose the products most suitable for their pets and organizes the ordering of most of our Retail Products. In the past Yumi has kept pet dogs and guinea pigs so was very keen to come and work in our Hospital so she could learn more about animals. On her days off, she spends her time with her cat "Yoda" at home.

Yumi was promoted to our senior receptionist in August 2017.
